Athlete Medical Management is a business that specializes in medical, licensing, and insurance processes for combat sports nationwide. We have over a decade of hands-on experience working with fighters, athletic commissions, and some of the world’s top fight promoters. By leveraging our deep industry connections and trusted resources, we streamline every step of the process—making it as efficient as possible for all athletes and promoters.

Pre-Fight Medical Exams

Athlete Medical Management has nationwide resources and industry connections to work with each state’s athletic commission to ensure all fighter’s pre-fight medical exams are completed properly and submitted in a timely manner. Services include initial contact, follow-up, and coordination of appointments if necessary.

Medical Suspensions

Fighters who are serving active medical suspensions will receive assistance to obtain clearances as part of their pre-fight medical exam requirements.

Fighter & Corner Licensing

We will manage the entire licensing process for all athletes and corners. This includes sending, reviewing, and submitting all applications, passports and/or head shots if required.Add a description about this item

Event Services

We will attend each event to support the athletic commission at weigh ins, meet physicians document injuries, and provide a detailed injury report to the promoter. Hospital transports and onsite sutures will be recorded. Insurance information will be provided to injured athletes if needed.

Insurance & Medical Claims

Athlete Medical Management will provide support to athletes who sustain injuries during events. We will conduct post-fight follow ups, submit claim forms to insurance, track promoter deductibles, and investigate unpaid medical bills.
