Meet Our CEO

Jazzmine Thompson is a licensed insurance broker who specializes in athlete medicals, licensing, and insurance claims .  She has over 15 years of medical administrative experience and has spent over a decade working with hundreds of top combat athletes and promoters worldwide. 

Jazzmine's passion and concern for athlete health and safety led her to an exciting role with the best fight organization in the world! As an Athlete Medical Coordinator for the Ultimate Fighting Championship, she assisted athletes competing in domestic and international UFC events, The Ultimate Fighter reality show, and Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series. In addition, she took on the responsibility of medical logistics which enabled her to work with emergency medical services while monitoring the health and safety of athletes. This position allowed her to build a large and impressive physician network and relationships with state athletic commissions.  

As combat sports continues to rapidly grow, Jazzmine strives to find new and improved ways to make athlete medical care less stressful and cost efficient  for athletes and promoters nationwide.
